Yo - I got my 400hps on ebay for only 97 bucks. Shipping may have been a little expensive, but its probably the best price you will find anywhere online. Go to ebay.com search 400hps grow light and find a light that you can "Buy right now" for a good price. Good luck

Ebays prolly the cheapest. Found this guy sell 175w up to 400w lights for $100 shipped.

I've had 2 ebay lights and the ballasts went on both in less than a year. My new light (swithcable hps/mh) came with bulbs, fert, a cd, and some other shit for like $220 shipped. And that includes the upgraded bulb and cooling. OpenDNS

The one I posted comes with a 3 year ballast warranty. I havnt ordered yet though. Planning on ordering one 2morrow!
