is it okay to use outside air for my air intake or would it be to hot in the summer or too cold in the winter?

Too cold or too hot is not what you want.If you do bring in outside air I would filter that air.Keep the bugs out and other things too. Peace

What kind of things do I need to pull air from outside of my house into my closet. I already made the hole in my wall facing outside of my house. What kind of fan and tubing do I need to connect to the hole on my wall to pull fresh outside air into my closet.

Do I just get myself a small fan and connect the tubing to the back of the fan and turn it on?

basicly yes but its best to get an inline fan because they are the most effiecent and pull hard, then just get some duct and place it by an open window
