spray on the goodness

ok so i spray my plants with carbonated water 3x a day! i have tried to grow with and without and it works pretty well as far as i can tell. now i know this place is swamped with co2 posts but how many out there use this method? good results? how many times do you apply a day? always looking to improve a technique.

SIDE NOTE: as far as i remember foliage can intake less than 1% water (of the plants total intake capacity). the real advantage to spraying the leaves is for pest control. but as far as co2 goes there is no problem with absorption. (my minor in college was in paleobotany hehe. i never got to work with living plants. i only go to look at them in books. )
