Strapping down or whats called lst will increase your yield not lessen it. I just grew some BB and its the hardest strain I have ever come across to grow. Very finiky plant low yield and cloning is hard as hell with it and take forever to root. Not a plant I reccomend for a first timer or first handful of grows.You can also super crop the plant or use the fiem technique to increase yields and bud sites

Some seed banks will state anywhere from 300-500g per sq. m of SoG.

It really comes down to 100% water-soluble nutes and the right lights. The lower the RH the more resin.. so you could have a high yield that is pretty potent or really potent.

A 400w will give 45-50,000 lumens.. a 600w 85-95,000 lumens.. do the math (lumens per watt).
