Default First Grow-How much longer???

Hi,

This is my first grow. I have two Snow White's from Nirvana and one Afgan Big Bud. They have all been in 12/12 for about 8 weeks now. I'm very impressed with the Snow White plants although the Afgan just doesnt look as juicy as the others. How much longer do you guys think until i can chop them. I'm starting to think the snow whites are nearly there as they seem to have a lot of brown hairs on them. The Afgan on the other hand looks a bit weedy in comparison and doesnt have nearly as many brown hairs.

Any advise would be great!!!

The first to pics are the Snow White and the rest are the Big Bud.

Go to radio shack and buy a 10x-100x microscope thingy, its handheld and cost about 10-15 dollars. Look at the trichomes and see what the majority of them are colored. Its the best way to figure out when they are matured.

the plant in the first pic looks like it has another week or maybe two before chopping. have you flushed them? and the one in the 3rd pic looks like it has more than 3 weeks left. with some patience, it will fill out (but not be solid) and add lots of weight. they look healthy but the slightest bit over fed. its alright for the leaves to lose some green to them, as long as it doesnt lead to chlorosis. on your next feeding, you should use 1/4 strength nutrient mix with B vitamins and molassass (or another simple, natural carbohydrate). sometimes, with my sativa phenos, i have a tendency to overfeed until the leaves curl and burn.
