i was wondering if ne1 could give me a simple solution to mix for nutes that is simple and effective for overall growth?
maybe a lil cheap wuz j/w cuzz every1 always tells me like these ways with like 100 ingredients to mix

if u want it natrual get sum 2-3 spoons of molasis, one egg whites and 1 banana, blend that up with water and u can strain it through like a pantty or sumthin. then add more water so its more watery then gooey
