need hints/feedback from long time indoor people who mostly do indoor.

if price was no object, i got a growroom i am putting to paper as we speak. i am planning a 2weeks rotation for harvest. this room will be for 2 card holders on 1 piece of land, on 5 acres we are getting ready to buy in 6 to 8 months. i got about 15% of my equipment, and about4k to 7k more to invest in my plan. if i get same Dr my son has, in same area, he gave my son a 60 plant exemption. so together, thats120 plants, but cali law sez you cant go over 90 plants or so, without risking commercial grow status, even with cards. i want to keep it an personal as i can, but selling a pound now and then, to a club, to offset the cost of lights, power, and upgrades, ECT ECT. SO, to get maximum out put in a 7 plant every 2weeks rotation, up to 15 plants every 2 weeks, a SoG is fine, but it averages 1 to 2.5 Oz per plant. this is close to a half pound every 2 weeks. i want to get a little closer to 1 Lb every 2 weeks. would a SCRoG looks a bit better for my ideas. i need to know how much time do i lose the 1st time around, starting this SCRoG to get to where i will double clone output. i understand from past grows, that every month extra veg you give plant, output goes up 25% to 50%, has any1 grown SoG and SCRoG, and have insights to help, and save me 1 Yr of learning, if i get the right feedback. i will still mix to the 2 ideas in the grows, for 1st Yr or 2. but any feedback i get, or other grow step by step comparisons with clones, that show the final weight to time charts will be a great help. i will have a final flowering area of 6x14 or 6x18 depending on final room available. a "pre"flower room to get a 3 week start in flowering, for longer flowering period strains i like. and a 5x10 room for mothers, and vegging. i figure you out there with indoor exp well have all your opinions,and reading thru them, i will get a better picture of what i am aiming for.
