Ozone generators or carbon filters to extract odours ???
I do not want any odour issues as one wall of the grow room is attached to the next house.
I'm happy to part with a few £ for peace of mind.

Errr... Id use the carbon filters personally but im not to that point yet. make an exhaust system that feeds directly into the carbon filter. Im sure some other ideas will pop up.

k mate, lisen up, lisen close. You wan't to get a coco carbon filter, never buy a Ozone generator... they can kill you... You're eyes and lungs will begin to burn... and if ur exposed to long death can occur.

you can use ozone generators. you just have to use them with caution and proper ventilation. depends on the size of your grow.
