What should the temp be around my plants?

I mentioned in my previous post that i was getting a oscillating fan today well i got ,but when i came home from work and checked the temp of the air around the plants while the fan was on it was 14 c..

Should i just leave the fan off? I have done this for now!!

Or lower the lights to make it warmer and leave the fan on?

And should a oscillating fan be on all the time?

Your grow area should be optimally between 75-85 during the day and as low (so ive heard) as 54 at night. Personally my room stays at a minimum of 65 at night though.

I study a lot besides I used to live in the climate these plants love and 54 is a comfortable night time temperature. 10 degrees under room temp.
