i already said, if you want to use flourescent, go for the cfl lights...but you will need a good ammount of them. if you can, you should flower with an hps or something...but if you have to, you can flower with cfl lights.

What size is this small space? Do you have a room for vegging and a separate room for flowering? As far as the set up goes, we don't exactly know what your working with so its hard to say. Have a look at some grow journals and see what others are doing, this will give you a pretty good idea of what to do and what not to do. If you use cfl's look for 6500K for veg and 2700K for flowering and get lots of them.
