Its not getting enough light. Or it wasn't before you moved it.

Plant look really bad in all the photos.Light is way to far.Need to set light just about touching leaves to stop that stretching or it will be weak and fall over.

You might also want to add a fan somehow. The wind will make the stems stonger. Trust me.

there is a fan in front of the new grow box maybe i can bring the florecent lamp down some more

When the fan is on and everything does the plant move around and stuff??

kind of just the leaves though ive got them proped up though

man you are stretching that poor plant way too much... Right now the most important thing is to strengthen your stem... that will be like the back bone of your plant
