I have a Grand daddy purp that has been flowering for about 6 weeks now. Is it ready to harvest? if not, how much longer?

I also have a unknown plant that has been flowering for about 6 weeks now too. is it ready to harvest? how much longer?

when should I start flushing? any advise is appreciated, thanks!

the first two pictures are of the GDP and the second two pictures are from the unknown plant.

give it anotha' 2 to 3wks flowering; then flush & harvest you'll have some good GDP & I wish I could smoke some of it with U when U finish dry'n & curing it nside of some glass jars put some lemon or orange peels nside of jar; you'll Thanx me for the info!!!
