Ok i was looking at lights in walmart and i saw a 4-foot shop light.So i started looking at how many lumens the bulbs put out and what part of the light spectrum they're in.

One said 3000 lumens and the color temp was like 6500, i was thinking about useing this one to flower.
The one i'm going to use to budd is 3500 lumens and the color temp was like 3050 or something. i was just wondering if these lights would be the right spectrum?
