    Lightbulb HPS or Metal Halide ??

    greetings and peace be upon all.

    Hi friends . I just have a question about grow light kits. WHich one is better HPS kits or Metal halide kits? what are some of the pros and cons? And also what about HID lamps with both red and blue spectrum for the complete grow cycles? has anyone ever used them and are they good? Thanks Peace

    I'd go for a conversion kit, that way you can use both MH and HPS.

    yeah man, the conversion kit will do best if you have the money dude, or hell, if you have the money, get an hps and a metal halide. metal halide's are used in the veg faze, they have a blue/green spectrum which promotes vigorous veg growth. the hps has a red warmer spectrum which helps with the flowering
    why do today what you can get done tomorrow??
