Ok so your options are.

Cfls
These will do for veg if you have enough although for flowering your going to need 5 per plant at least from what ive seen of major tokes journal if your going to do any more plants then the cost is going to mount up to make it worthwhile to flower under these

HID
You should look out for a hps that has an altered spectrum so that it displays extra blue spectrum as well as the red. This way 1 light will do you for the complete grow. I would say for that kinda space i would probably opt for a 400w hps its gonna cost a bit more than the cfls in total but you will get more bang for your buck.

and these cfl's is there a certain watts ?
