1 month old White Castle strain
Hello to everyone . Can some please help me and tell me what's the problem about my strain? This a a month old and some white spots have been visible for the last 3 days.image.jpg

What is your lighting situation?
mould? check humidity in your room?

You gave no info, dude. But I bet you're overwatering. You need to water max 3 times a week. usually it's 2.
Water ONLY and ONLY if the TOP INCH IS DRY!
If you gave more info (temps, soil, ph, humidity, lights)
We could tell if overwatering is the cause of this.

The soil is soil mix ready bought. I water with distilled water only. And lights I installed 3 energy savers as illustrated in the pic above
You do not have enough light which caused your stretch. They need to be within a couple of inches of the CFL and I would have gone with a smaller pot for your sprouts, your current pots may give you problems and take forever to get a good wet/dry cycle.

Get a bunch of y splitters and add more CFLs (compact fluorescents) to your situation. You NEED more light.
that tin foil isn't going to reflect much of anything bro. Look up 'Mylar' on amazon an buy yourself a roll to put on the walls.
