is it legal for somebody who has a cannabis card to post there card at somebody's house who does not own a cannabis card and have them be the caregiver for them in a sort of way and grow there plants there for them? please let me know. i live in california in contra costa county

It used to be...I'm not sure if it is anymore. I know that caregiver statuses have changed recently.
