I think i have a mutant plant?help

i have 23 day old bagseed plant growing but im having problems with it.
it stopped growing its only 2 inches tall but really bushy.
first 3 set leafs are yellowing and burned tips for some reason. light cycle 18/6 and temps are 80f-85f and lights are 3 42w/150w equivalent! total of 450w cfl light!

NOW THE PART WHY I THINK MY PLANT IS A MUTANT.
IT LOOKS LIKE MY PLANT HAS BEEN TOPPED BUT I HAVENT TOPPED IT.
AND MY MAIN STEM STOPED GROWING AND A LEAF STEM CAME OUT RIGHT ON THE TOP MIDDLE OF THE MAIN STEM. ITS A 4 LEAF STEM. NOW WTF IS THAT HAS ANYBODY EVER SEEN THAT
ALLL MY LEAF STEMS ARE PURPLE I AM NOT USING ANY NUTES YET.

BAD THINGS I BELIEVE ONE OF MY REASONS OF THE STOPPED OF GROWTH IS BECAUSE I DID OVERWATER ALOT AND GOT ROOTBOUND SO IF GOING UNDER STRESS CAUSE OF THAT BUT ITS BEEN A WEEK SINCE I OVERWATERED AND LET THE SOIL DRY COMPLETELY ANY CLUES ON WHY MY PLANT LOOKS LIKE THIS.

Wow never seen tht before.And ive seen alot of strange plants like Twins 2 in one seed.

Have you feed it? And what kinda soil do you have it in? It may be to rich for the plant, or may lack micro nurtents. I would try flushing whith pure water then wait and if no improve ment by next watering apply a half strentgh super thrive mix

i havent fed any nutes yet straight water i never test ph but i know my water isnt bad because i have done other grows using this water!
i did over water like i said but its been a week since i have watered and soil is dry as shit so i watered today!

i just dont get it is that were my main stem stop or will it keep growing with that leaf stem at the top?
any ideas or predictions on what might happen. also my plant looks healthy and i just notice that the leafs are getting larger but still
not even one little sign of growth in the stem. new growth is also growing. strange!!!

So Themain stem has branches but it started growing a leaf out the the top where new growth would be? If so you luck it's low stress topping I have had that happen before it bushes out nice.
