im thinking about doing the same exact set up ..how hard was it to make holes in the metal case.. what tools did you use.. second.. have you ran a heat test yet..

You could do the mylar nicely with some double-sided tape.

I'm still thinking that two lights in there would cook food, but I haven't seen an update in months.
