Grow #3 Tang Dream & Kandy Kush 400W HPS/MH Grow Journal in Coco. Feedback needed!

Hey guys,

This is my new thread since my old thread is irrelevant.

I am growing Kandy Kush by Preserva Nirvada and Tangerine Dream by Barney's Farm.

Tang Dream is currently 15 days in to Veg, has been topped and I am planning on LSTing.
Kandy Kush hasn't cracked the soil yet so no pictures of her as of yet!
EDIT: I have a 400W HPS and MH Ballasts and bulbs ready for when I get my cooltube
I am growing in Canna Coco with Canna A + B Nutes. Should I get any other nutes aswell as Canna A + B?
I am currently vegging with a 150W HPS. My Kandy Kush is under CFL's until she's a bit bigger to go in the Cab.
I am waiting on my Cool tube to come through so I can start using my 400W MH for veg.

Since this is a grow journal, I'll be posting pictures every few days.

Here's Tang Dream at 14 days! Will post more pictures at around 19-20 days hopefully..

What do you guys think? Please post any feedback you feel I need, all will be appreciated!
Btw, if you noticed, her leaves are slightly curled up around the blades.. Any suggestions? Initially I thought this was heat stress.. But not sure.

Looking healthy, Leaf problem looks like some sort of nute problem, I have had a few small nute problems myself as i have been using coco.
What nutes are you using?

I'm using Canna A + B..
Would I still get a decent yeild using just Canna A + B All the way through?

Just a quick update. Think this is day 16 or 17. Doesn't matter too much, New growth looks like it's coming on okay..

Kandy Kush hasn't shown her face yet. Should be tomorrow, hopefully!

EDIT: Just as I posted this, I had a look at her and we have a new member to the family xD Will post a picture later but since this is RIO, I'm pretty sure what you all know what a seedling looks like xD

Some pictures from today. day 17 (It's actually day 16, but I got the dates messed up so I'm just going to leave it as that Haha)

Tang Dream has taken kindly to the topping. Her new stems are pushing out quite well.. I can't see any problems other than the curling of the big fan leaves.. I guessed it was heat stress, so I'm doing my best to keep it cool until I go Hydro Shop tomorrow!

After tomorrow I should have my cool tube so that means the 400MH is going in, Depending of the heat output, I might have to use the 400W HPS since it does give off a lot less heat than the MH (apparently) Even if it's a few degrees, I'm aiming for 25-27C.

Kandy Kush is the younger one, obv. And the rest are Tang Dream! Enjoy..

I was considering buying PK13/14 for later on in Flower.. Anyone had any experience with it? and what dosage would people recommened? I don't like going off the charts because theres so many different things to consider.
Also would it be safe to use with Canna A + B aswell?

yes curling up leaves are a sign of heat stress how far away is your 150hps, do you have a fan blowing over her?

Well I had a fan blowing to keep air circulated. The thermometer is on the wall. I decided to put it in the pot today to see what the plant was feeling, 32C+ which is obv. too high, I've now got my fan blowing directly over the top of the plant, should do me okay until I get the cooltube which should be tomorrow hopefully.. Thanks for the input, since no one else really bothered to assist, I just assumed because I've done everything else to the best I could and I knew I had a little bit of a heat problem.. I hope the 400W will be cooler through the tube though!

i think you just need to be more active...... and post in other threads, look for others that are growing the same as you or whatever your interests are and say whats up? lol... that way people will see your grow link in your signature and they just might stop by
