my new room giving me probs

i have a perpetual grow going on now and im getting new problems.
in my fruiting room i have a 1k light in a 4x4x7 tent. its a sealed room. i run my lights from 930 pm to 930 am. in the morning im getting hot temps up to 90 f but im using c02 so its not so bad but id like to drop it about 5 degrees. i only have a box fan in their along with a lil 6 inch clip on fan that doesnt really work to well.
my question is i have a can 33 filter hooked up to my 4 inch inline fan just sitting on my table, outside of my tent.
(i think im getting stale air in the room having lil fans)
can i put the filter and fan on the floor of that room to lower the temp and more the air around. or will the filter mess up my co2. or should i hang the fan-filter on the top?
i having high humidy in there also, 60 percent.

You could put the fan and filter on the floor or wherever you want that is out of your way. Keep in mind that heat rises, so your hottest air will be up near the top of the tent. Improved air circulation inside the tent will help. The carbon filter will not mess with C02 in any way. I like to hang the filter from the ceiling so that hot air is being pulled out from the top and cool air comes in through the bottom. You should be able to get the 5 degree drop you are lookin for. Yeah in a sealed room you need to vent it somehow. If not you are just recirculating the air from the grow space into the room and back to the tent again. You need to add a AC unit or have a fresh air intake into the room.
