    i need a ph meter,
    i would like to measure the ph of my soil and the ph of any liquid i put in there.

    i understand that you can use ph meters in water and im thinking of getting
    this one,
    Hydrogarden Essential pH Meter: Basement Lighting Hydroponics and Plant Grow Lights

    but it is important that i can measure my soil ph, could i measure it with this ph meter? or when you buy soil do they tell you the ph?

    you can get cheaper ph meters than that, payed about 17gbp for mine....

    walmart $10.00 get your water ph..say it is 6.5 then measure the water that comes out the bottom of your container and measure the ph of that.
