    What could be causing the tips to appear to be burning. It's not on all, but, these will probably all die...

    What kind of light? How far away?

    Your pics are too blurry, look for a light grey powdery mold.

    I believe super is right. btw these clones use two 24" plant and aquarium fluorescent tubes: one T8 or T5 and one T12 I think.
    For now I'm making sure to not mist until the babies are dry.

    no need to mist. and clones really need very little light. i used a t12 shop light with one bulb burned out for ever.

    jiffy pellets are not ideal for cloning
