The best way to measure noots?
Ok I'm just gonna come out and say it. My name is budhastalin and I eyeball my nutes.
I remember the first time I eyeballed my nutes, my teaspoons were sitting there, still crusty from the previous nutes dry flakings. I just couldn't force myself to use them anymore. I still feel guilty when I just unscrew the nutes cap and let some trickle into my gallon jug, quickly whispering onetwothree and then pausing just for a moment to shake off the drops before moving on to the next fertilizer bottle where the same sad routine plays out, night after night.
So, there has to be a better way. I am in the process of switching from Fox Farm to General organics, so I want to start fresh with the nute measuring.
And don't look at me like I'm the only one! haha
A graduated glass pipette would be nice, 1 for each nutrient to avoid cross contamination, or little droppers or ?
I am willing to bet that someone has figured out a dope way to measure 2.5-10 ml without the fuss mess and waste.
Please? It would be awesome to get some really good tips.

When I used to use liquids in your ml range,I used to use a syringe for the measure of baby meds.Any Walmart's infant section has these.
I would use a razor blade to lightly score my measurement indicators I would use.Then I would take a sharpie and color in the score mark.The original markings fade over time but my mark would stay and I would do an occasional touch up.

I bought a 100 pack of 3ml pippettes from Amazon for my .5 ml liquid measures that I do use.Wanted 1 ml but the 3 ml had free shipping,and they work pretty well.I marked each pippette,corresponding nute bottle,and zip loc baggies with roman numerals so not to cross contaminate.
p.s. I have a lifetime supply of pippettes,so get your own.

idk, i use 5ml syringe, and its good
I find that pipettes work really well, just make sure you give them a shake and suck and squirt some water in it to clean it.
You can also use the cups that you measure your cough syrup in, just give them a shake in the water you adding your nutes to to clean it
All the hydro stores carry shot glasses with all the mes on them. My guy gives them out for free they got his name on them

i use shot glasses for larger mixes and a 20ml syringe for smaller mixes. always measure my nute solution by ppm.
Haha had to buy delsym cough syrup and guess what? the cup is marked with the 3 measurements I need for The General Organics Box that arrived last week!
