Need HELP! Please!
I'm going on vacation for a whole week Saturday to Saturday. I have a small plant, but I'm worried about it getting to hot and run out of water so what I was going to do was water it good! And keep the lighst off for the whole week any tips? And how long can a plan go without light and what should I do? Please I need help ASAP!!!
Ps: It is in veg.
no lights for a week will seriously stunt it and trigger immediate flowering. look into making a small drip setup. you can use a plastic soda bottle, and small diameter hose. and use a drip style head or clamp of some sort to let it just drip occasionally.
Is one plant really worth this much concern?
water heavy an hour before you leave. hook up a wick system and raise your light 2 times their normal height.
then cross your fingers.
i assume your using cfls.

Yes, it is a really good strain idk the name of it but it's some high grade.
Thank you for a straight forward answer. And I want to start flowering. I'm growing in a PC grow box. So would this trip actually be beneficial?
Lack of light for more than a few days(2-3) is detrimental. Plants need light for photosynthesis(aka how they live). A lack of light for a few days during the end of flowering makes the plant think it's death is near(which it is) and is beneficial for a few reasons, but a week w/o light while you're still in veg is bad. If you don't mind going into flowering put lights at 12/12 on your timer(or buy one if you don't have 1, it's great to have anyway) and do the wick system or drip system like some people suggested.
