    No, that light isn't made for grows. You should get some cfls

    It may grow but with better lighting you will get far better results in the end. Cheap too. The entire thing will be under $30.
    Also, get a fan. Circulation is really necessary, but won't effect it like the lights

    Is this just a Halogen lamp? If so this won't work for long at all ( you won't get through the grow) You need to get some cfl (compact fluorescent lamps) they can be found at many shops like B&Q and Home Depot so go pick at least one of those up for the moement but remember the more light the better

    That is because most of the energy the plant is using right now has been supplied by the seed. You can get a plant to that stage in total darkness. When your plant starts putting on normal leaves and requires additional energy from a light source you will be in trouble.
