buy an ac unit to cool the room the cabint is in... the intake will then suck in the cooled air into the grow area

you are not exhausting your hot air, that oscilating fan is actually adding heat, yes adding heat, because its motor adds more heat and all that heat is trapped inside. make an exhaust and intake holes then place a fan on exhaust... yes this is a MUST if you want to get something out of it

Holes aint' gonna cut it. You need to get an inline fan and force a fuckload of air through there. This only works if the room it is in is at a reasonable temperature. If you wanna grow in a cabinet and not be obvious you have to be prepared to spend some money on gear.

If all else fails... get a bunch of CPU fans and put them over the vents and try to suck air in at the bottom and blow it out near the top. I think I once used one of those bathroom vent fans in a box I made. As I recall it was a little noisy. You basically have a several hundred watt heater in a box. It is going to want to get very hot in there.

Don't worry about the fan being obvious because the strangers will be distracted by the smell and the light leaking out of the box anyway
