Flowering stage off int growing again?

These ladies have been budding nicely for 8 weeks and about to going into final week of str8 flush but ive noticed in week 7 the top of the plants have started growing again? Theyre getting packed with potassium and shit not too much nitrogen... im curious is this the result of too much nitrogen?

its normal for growth to continue during flowering, as long as you are not seeing a stop in bud growth / darkening of calyx hairs i would'nt be concerned.

ty I dont know what strain it is. most of the hairs are white into 8th week hopefully things will shapen up.
