Plants getting to tall, what do i do
Hey RIU i have a 3x3x6'5 grow tent and 9 girls in it that are almost 3 weeks flowering Now about 7 of these girls are about 3 1/2 tall so there getting way to tall for me what can i do to stop them from getting any taller and still flowering well...i wanted to tie them down maybe but was asking for a expert opinion
tieing them down sounds like a fantastic idea. only other idea would be to supercrop or top but it sounds like it is too late to do those.
They should stop growing vertically after the third week of flower especially if there was a transition period.
The plants will bend, I tie mine down when they get to tall also. Just be sure when the buds get fat and get some weight, they can beak the bent branch. I then tie of to something high to cradle the bud and take the weight off the branch...good luck

Thanks guys for everyone response..But yeah i will deffently tie them up when i go into my grow room here in a few but i couldnt believe it man i started flowering these bitches when they were like 5 inches tall and there over 3 ft lol it's because i had my 600Hps pretty high so they stretched like a beotch
