clones

Ok,I took some cuttings (clones ) from a cab grow back in april and I put them outside to root and they started flowering. I just don't understand why they would do that. I just put them back in the cab for a scrog grow thinking they would go back into vegging with the light cycle at 18/6 but its been 10 days now and they haven't did anything but maybe grow up an inch. I just don't know what to do,should I give them more light or just start some seeds and go from there? I thought that you could take a flowering plant and make it go back to vegging,I guess I was wrong if anyone can help, I would apriciate it very much. Here's some pics of the clones
