i gerinated my seeds and they are 1/2 inch long but my hydro system doesnt get here till monday. is there a too long?

my friend germed some seeds and then went to canada for five days, when he got back the root was all fuzzy like mold or something and pretty dried out around the neck of the stem. however, when put into soil they ALL sprouted, although one was a few days later and ended up being very weak, the others did well

Put them in peat plugs/coir cubes water and plant straight into the hydro medium when roots bust through in1-2 weeks.
