what exactly do i go from here?

I have the hydro on the left the big plant is my fav plant it has new branches coming out above all "fanleaves branches?" idk what they are called. Im wondering how to sex clone and all that to these because i want a few more but i already have them in 12 12 cycle they are 2 months of age. On the right is my soil grow, and on the left is the hydro grow, which is not as old as the soil plant it is only a month in a half. soil is 2 months! any advice or information for these would be benificial as i really know nothing...

No dont flower them yet your nodes are too far apart due to the halogen spotlight. Get a Mh or a decent CFL to stop the stretch.

i've never seen a plant that stretched before. you need to probably start over dude. sorry but that thing is super stretched.

Mate listen to BUDS... Those plants have stretched to eternity!! get a proper light for vegging (CFL or MH) and a proper light for flowering (HPS) or else you are soon gonna have height/space issues. Your babys are gonna be fit for the NBA! They have at least 2,5 - 3 months to go and they'll end up like 10ft high! The yield is gonna suffer too because of the distance between internodes and the lack of side-branching!

as soon as they get any bud on them they will fall over. Get better lighting and good luck next time other than stretch though the plants look good man

Okay would someone please help me big time, i need a light for under 50 dollars that will take me thru the hole process!!!!!! Veg till bud, i have limited money so please link me to the best alternative!!!
