Default yellow spots on leaf

Some basic info on my grow:
Age of my plants are 14 weeks and are Sativa about 5ft tall
They are currently in Flower 12/12 (just started yesterday)
I'm using miracle-grow with a pH of ~5.5 with 6 month fert in it
Tap water is soft with a pH of ~6.8 and I water every 2 days or so using the finger test so I don’t over water.
Room temp is about 68-70 F with ceiling fan on slow
I have 1 250w heat lamp 2 100w bulb and 1 120w flood, both "Natural light", lights are about 2 ft away
Grow room is 15'X10’
I have had some issues with the leaves on 1 plant getting shrivaled and dry, but I have 2 others that have yellow spots on a few leaves andsome yello edges. Other than that, the grow seems to be going great. I am wondering if I am having a small problem with nut burn or pH. I also had 3 herms but I neutered them and they seem to be doing great. Any input would be appreciated.

looks like nute burn to me. don't know about the lights you have choosen though.

maby the lights your using arnt offering the right spectrum?? just a thought.
