Smile enough light and when to transfer
I need some advice on when to transfer 5 plants that are just now thirteen days old. they are just practice from a swag stash for when i start my real grow, but at the moment i have limited supplies. they are in a 1.5 gallon box with MG soil and about a tsp of blood meal mixed in. i threw in about 5 worms (not castings) just for good measure i dont think they eat the roots. also i put in an organic tomato feed spike. i only have room for two light fixtures, one is a 1700 lumen spiral fluorescent the other is 1600 lumen. i bought a soft white floodlight but i think its too hot so i dont use it. they are on 21/3 light cycle. i am wondering when i should transplant these (i have a 6 gallon bucket) because i don't want the roots to get cramped, and whether i need better lights? they will eventually go outside but that will not be for almost another month after frost. i have made a blood meal tea (one tbls-gallon)to sit and plan on using it after transfering. the plants are 4-6 inches and almost starting their fourth set of true leaves. does anyone have advice for improvement?

-also if its any interest i am attempting a bonsai from seed its a week old and very healthy. also in MG, the tray is about the sze of your palm and 1/2inch deep. i want to keep this plant really small without killing it..

well i just transferred my babys into a four gallon bucket and watered with the bloodmeal, one in each corner and i separated the smallest one. i assume theres not much to improve, they seem healthy as hell and no ones suggested anything yet.. i hope the one i took out is a female as i'm going to flower it after another two weeks of veg. Heh and after all my research i seemed to have overlooked one important thing; how the hell am i gonna cover up that sweet smell???

Default odor control
cruising the web, I founda janitorial supply warehouse that sellsthese time release scented spray devices(like in barroom bathrooms here inthe US)that spray a spurt of scented air every minute or so, (adjustable timing) they look to be just perfect for a bigger operation. they cost about $12 US ansd stick on the wall they use a 'c' battery and last about 1-2 months ) before you need to refill it. the refills are white canisters that just sit inside itI'd make sure the spray didn't hit the plants but it looked ideal for what you are looking for I'll hunt down the site again, butmost hardware stores also sell them. Lowes carries it (around here anyways)
