Some people have told me that it is better to do it slowly so that the plant feels more like its growing naturaly outdoors. And because switching all at once can stress your plants. I have no idea if this is true or not but i would like to. Has anyone experimented with this or have any information on doing this?

i ran the gas lantern method on my last grow. i saw no signs of stress when i switch them to flowering. best of all sexing only took 4/5 days from the switch.

    12 on 5.5 off 1 on 5.5 off veg

11 on 13 off with 30 minute reductions every two weeks for flowering. i upgraded my timer the last three weeks and started dropping 15 minutes every week. my plants are finishing up very nicely. one i harvested @ 54 days and tops off one @ 58. the rest are going to get a few more days or so.
