ventilation in my indoor grow

Hi guys!

So I've got my 6' by 10' room build in the basement... I plan on splitting the room in two and trying to go for a perpetual Scrog grow... two 4 by 4 screens. One in Veg, one in flower, switch lights and repeat. Here's my problem... ventilation... The winter weather varies from 20 to 50 degrees during winter... if i need to grab air from outside, how do I deal with temps?

green houses use a tube made from polyethylene film (or any film really) and when they pull air through it, it is slowly defused through spaced holes into the green house so the cooling is dispersed more evenly.

Ya, but the air I'm bringing into the room from the outside is gonna be... and my bad... -10 to -22 fahrenheit. Very cold... the out of the room and back out side. How do I deal with this? Bring air from outside the room, but in the house and blow it out from inside the room to the outdoors?

Ok lets say your basement stays 55 degrees, if you just pull that in to your room and exhaust it you will probably never get out of the 60s. Now if you take and (for the winter) push the heated air back out into the basement you have now made the whole basement the environment for the room, so you should have no issues keeping it cool. This is all speculation as you could be using your whole damn basement for all i know.
Another thought is to vent the hot air to the floor above, heating it with the room. This is if you are having trouble keeping it cool down there, which i doubt.

Ya, I just figured it would be a bad idea to use the stale basement air to fill the growroom.

No cause moving it you are pulling fresh air from upstairs, and making fresh air simply by moving it.
This one idea alone will save you more headaches (and money) than you know, and we have been doin it for years!
