The flood light? Yes I know i should ditch it, and i am.

VV uses these NICE High Output T-5 fluro fixtures from Home Harvest and I fell in love with the Sunlight Supply Sun Blaze T5-48 Four-Foot Eight Tube High Output Fixture with 1/2 Daylight and 1/2 Warm bulbs to replace the HPS I currently have (crap)

Total spent so far was about $60. Most of the stuff I've had from previous grows in the house (power strip, fans, thermostat was free from the house, T-12 Fixture are from spencers Black lights) but I've never done indoor flowering. I would just veg. early in the spring then when ready, planted outside.
