Lights

I seen info on mh hid lights, but what about mercury vapor hid lights that range from 3900K-4100K? Do I need to supplement with halogen while on the flowering stage, or am I covered with the mercury vapor lights, 1 has a greenish blue light and the other has a pinkish white light?

The blue green mercury vapor should be clear glass and its output is mostly blue and violet, not too efficient for plants. The pinkish one should have a phosphor coating on the glass converting the violet to red, stll not very good with plants.
The exact same ballast will run multi vapor lamps (MH, metal halide) with the addition of a $12 capacitor. Most grow shops and light bulb sites carry these capacitors. Very much better light for growing.
