    I have 4 Querkles and only one out of the four plants that are 15 days old and the leaves are curling, shriveling and feel dry? This plant is also much smaller and behind on its growth compaired to the others

    looks like heat stress maybe nute burn.

    Did that plant start as a seed or clone? If seed, those bottom "leaves" just look like that initial "cover" that opens once the plant's first node breaks through and sheds after a few more nodes form. That cover will whither off and die on all new plants. Not a concern.

    If it was grown from a clone and those bottom "leaves" are actual leaves, I would point to heat stress as being the culprit. Nute burn is marked by a yellowing and dryness of the leaf tips and those symptoms will spread inward on the leaves towards the main stem. I don't see any yellowing in your pictures.
