357 FERO LED GROW LIGHT on amazon a good choice?

Hi everyone, I am using a small cabinet (18"x30"x42") for a SCROG with one plant, I want to try LED, I want to spend about 4-500$ on a good light, heard not so good things about the UFOs, so I have been looking at Spectra LED 180 (New 2011 model), But it doesnt seems like I can order from canada. Thanks for your ideas and links... not buying anything until I am sure that it will be suitable for what I wanna do! Thanks

this one seems even better for my needs, ... and budget! anybody here has tried those FERO ?

oh well ... you guys were too slow and I am an impatient person... I got a sweet deal on it I think, cheaper than the official website. There was only 1 of them on amazon I didnt want to wait long enough that it would be gone. so 225$ with tax and shipping, I got the FERO 180 4G LED grow light!

no one knows the FERO?

I've never heard about them lol :b But they seems okay.. Could use a deep blue wavelength, but it is no biggie I think

Hi sorry just found this post .. coincidentally just as I finished a trial run using FeroLEd lights. (against 250 watt HPS). I'd say if you have the choice go for the 4g model, but the 357 works well too ..
rather than repeat it all now, here's the link to the final report I did on the trial run, read it, it surprised me that it turned out the way it did!
as regards FeroLEd and the quality of the lights, I've got no complaints either with their customer service or the quality of the lights themselves (except the stickers)

thanks psytanceorgy ... i just wanted to see what was bs and what was real about leds ... one conclusion i have come to is that feroled are a decent company with a good ethic and decent pricing. should be there with blackstar if you're thinking of getting led

and no i dont work for em ... i'm on a different continent!
