    can i grow a decent plant with a 15 watt light bulb in my cuboard with aliminuim foil around to pot plant ? and how long does it take for the seed to start growing? please help!

    short answer....no



    ur going to want at very minimum 100w
    tin foil is bad for plants, it burns them....

    No you will not be able to grow a decent plant with just a 15 watt bulb. You might want to get about 4x42 watt cfls and then you may be able to pull something decent.
