Light Green Spots, Curling leaves with yellowish/green tips, and drooping leaves WTF?

This is my first grow and I'm a bit concerned b/c from the beginning there was powdery mildew and some yellowish/light green spots on the lower leaves -- it looks as if their tie die almost on some of the smaller lower leaves. I fixed the mildew with a milk/water solution, but the tie-die looking light green spots are still on a good number of the lower smaller leaves and the leaves appear to be curling at the sides and curling under at the tip. Some people said N deficiency so we started using fert at about 2 weeks in veg. The new growth looks vibrant and green.

I have fox farm soil, 600 watt HPS, it's 70-80 degrees and 40-50% humidity, using a grow lab tent with 3 gallon pots. Planning on changing to bubble-ponics pots at some point b4 flowering. Using General Organics Bio Thrive 4-3-3 organic fert

Also, I think I might have topped them wrong b/c now 7/9 of them have a weird stub stem in the middle, though several strong stems have grown around it....is this okay? Will it cause them to hermie?

And last thing, today I watered them after waiting 4 days since last water. Did the knuckle in soil trick and seemed a bit dry, so I watered. I use 1 teaspoon fert per gallon, and I split a gallon per three plants, so each plant gets about 1/3 of a gallon. A couple hours later, I checked on them again and all of the leaves and stems appear to be drooping -- did I overwater? If so, how can I fix it?

ADVICE PLEASE???

muchas gracias
