yea some take as much as 14 weeks(laughing buddha) i like to go about 11 weeks with most of my sativas strains but thats my preference

Trichomes are highly over-rated, you can have tons of trics but low thc and vise versa. Mine is 8wks now and very little trics but sampleing it is top notch, it's a sativa bagseed short and bushy, not nearly as big as yours but it's my first time smoking my own weed and getting plenty stoned. Going for 12wks we'll see but trichomes arn't nessesarily the most important.

yeah i will probably take it down now anyway because i have side lighting for it now.

i think my calyxs are starting to swell but its only a few groups throughout the bud that are fat. do they start to swell like that?

so let me ask u cuz im new to this why doest ur plant have that 1 cola that crowns at the top. it looks like u put more than one seed in the pot

its just one seed. i topped it while it was in veg and then topped the two stalks to make four but on one side it created 4 new stalks. two didnt grow real high and are hidden among the bigger ones so i have 5 main colas instead of one and the rest are just side shoots. it keeps the plant smaller and bushier

ok so u topped it in the veg state got that. did that wit one of mine and it made two main stalks like u said. but then u topped those. HOW?

Alt of strains don't produce tons of trichs. .And some like the ones i have now were covered in crystals by week four even sooner..like right when they started flowering
