Looking for LST and Scrog thread

Hello fellow growers. I am sure there is one floating around somewhere but I am looking for a how to scrog thread and/or a LST thread. I understand the concept of it but am just unsure of when to start and how to go about it. If someone could point me in the right direction I would be very happy. Let me know.
