I'm a newbie. once you get budding to start, can you put lights back to 18/6 and it will keep budding? or does it stop then? so is it like a switch where it thinks it needs to start budding now, and it never goes back?

It will go back into veg stage, keep your lights 12/12

they can return to veg state up untill 2 or 3 weeks from harvest. it may be longer, i know you can induce flowering and move them outside and they will continue to flower when there is less than 12hrs darkness but the exact time escapes me.

this rule doesnt apply to autoflowering strains.

in the last two weeks of flowering.....you can turn your lights on for an extra 2 hours....so 14/10...and it apparently gives you amazing results...video is on you tube

I just watched the video and this is something that I would like to try out, but I would hate for everything to go smoothly throughout the grow only to jack it up in the last 2 weeks.

Has anyone actually done this, and if so please post your results?

I've heard of people doing one day of 24/0 during flowering for a strong power bloom day. still a little too nervous to try myself tho haha
