Default my friends plant doesnt look good

hey guys well my friends plant isnt doing so good any way how i could make it bushier and get more leafes around....i was thinking about topping it but i already started the 12/12 today is it too late....

i wouldnt worry about topping it to make it bushy it dosent look like u have enough lighting to flower a plant much bigger then u have now. move that light closer looks like it is stretching a bit good luck

Do a harsh topping, where you remove more than just the leaves (a full prune, you take a good whack off the main stem too) and reveg for a week or so.
