How much water do you use?

I'm looking for an estimate of how much water I will use using the floranova bloom lucas method. I will have 32 plants in 7 gallon containers under 3200 watts of light. I'm just trying to estimate the cost of the nutrients. Trying to keep this thing around 6 grand.

100 watts per plant seems pretty small, but I only give 200 so what do I know

It's been awhile since I grew last. I'm open to tips and such. The idea right now is to have two flowering rooms each with a 1000 and 600w hps. The rooms are 6 by 8 and 7 1/2 feet tall. There will also be a veg room with a 1000w metal halide as well as space under flourescents for clones and seedlings. I'm thinking of keeping this simple for the first time back. Sunshine mix and GH nutes with the lucas method (either one) but, I'm open to other ideas. Four strains.

I have $4800-5700 or so to spend, not 6 grand like i said, the six includes some rent. I have a watt limit of 4200 total for the lights, not including flourescents. Size limits for the rooms are 7 by 12 feet.

Ideas?

anyway you could budget in a grand for a solar powered generator?
Those electric company jerks might start to get suspicious and it would save you on your monthly bill all the same.

As for the water question:

I am growing three - all three in 3 gallon pots sharing a 250w light. With my nutes mixed into their water I use 2 gallons of water a week (between three and misting). I'd say at most three gallons between three plants every week if I add a gallon for my humidifier.
