| | Flowering Plant Problems | | I finally found the cord to my cam so i got pics. But these plants should allready be done flowering since i turned the lights to 12/12 about 8-10 weeks ago. Ive been using Mericle Grow fert 15-30-15 NPK for about 3 months. some of the top fan leaves have discoloring as you can see. I have never flushed the soil but i think that might help. Any advise would be extremely helpful cuz i dont want to wait forever. Thanks |

| | ComeGrowwithUS, what type of soil are you using? Flushing can be a help, but only under the right soil conditions. I can say from experience that overwatering kills more plants than bad nutes.
You taking the risk of growing, spending the time and effort to grow and indoors at that. Spend $15 and get some fox farms of Jack's and ditch the Mircle Grow. |

| | well | | its normal for plants' leaves to yellow in the final phases of its life so Im thinking that its normal because most nutrients for the flowering period lack a little nitrogen, which is the cause for the yellow leaves if you look at mogies link..
not much to worry about since you are very close to finnishing up
flushing would be a good idea at your stage if you want smoke that is not as harsh, I didnt flush and the weed was dry but felt a little scratchy on the throught/lungs.
get a good magnifying glass and look for those reddish trichomes |

| | measure from time of first flower, not the light switching to 12-12....
sounds like 7-9 weeks of flower time... some strains take up to 12 weeks to finish too... But, yours looks indica dominant, so should be around the 8 week finish time.
Yellow and decaying leaves are normal this late in the game.
in the long run, they will be ready when they are ready... no matter what week it is. Get the magnifier, and watch the trichs... |
