Okay so, my grow area is very small, about 3.5x1x2 ft. I have everything set up basically but I just need advice on how to keep my plants small but still produce decent buds. With the lights, the plants will only be able to get about 1-1.5 ft tall. Ive started with 7 sprouted plants. I want a SOG type grow. If there isnt enough room when its time to sex to keep all the females im just going to leave the smallest ones in the small containers and prune/top the crap out of them.. or give them away to other growers. Anyway, to keep them small, but still healthy, what are the best methods to use? LST, topping, etc.. And how long should I veg for? I was thinking if I veg for only 3 weeks (flower for about eight and just use LST i shouldnt need to top? thanks for any help
oh yeah and im using 4 26 watt cool cfls for veg, and then adding 1 warm cfl the last week of veg'in, and then using 4 warm 42 watt cfls and 2 cool 26 watt for flowering. Ill use the other two cool bulbs if i can fit them somewhere

hey if you want them to stay small. put them into flowering really quick. like after a week of vegging. or you can LST them, thats what i do. or do both
