Default Mh/Hps + CFls!!

IF im growing 4 plants. would a 250 w mh + 6 daylight cfls for veg and a 250 hps + 6 warm white cfls for flower be enought light for 4 decent size plants.. im planning on growing white widow or white russian.... thx for all the help and i dont really want to use a 400w because of heat and elecrtric cost

What wattage are the CFLs?
Just for comparison, 250W MH + 6 23W CFLs = 388W. 23W CFLs are pretty weak anyways, with only about 1600 lumens per bulb. A 65W CFL is around 3400 lumens, for comparison.

So, in conclusion, a 400W MH/HPS would be the better solution.
